The Free Fire World Series Southeast Asia (FFWS SEA) 2025 Spring tournament is heating up! RRQ Kazu became the first team to secure a spot in the Grand Finals after a dominant performance on Matchday 1 in Week 4 Knockout Stage, Friday (5/16/2025). Unfortunately, other Indonesian teams still have to fight in the following week to secure their tickets.
Along with RRQ Kazu, Team Falcons and Buriram United Esports from Thailand also secured their spots in the Grand Finals after topping the daily standings in Week 4 Knockout Stage.
RRQ Kazu’s dominance was clearly visible on May 16, 2025, when they successfully topped the standings with 98 points and 51 eliminations, narrowly ahead of Buriram United Esports (95 points) and Team Falcons (80 points).
“Qualifying for the Grand Finals early is a big advantage for us. We have more time to analyze the playing patterns of other teams, especially strong opponents from other countries. We will make the most of this time to practice and prepare more thoroughly.” — Wira “DUTZZ” Gunawan, Captain of RRQ Kazu.

They managed to win 72 points and rank fourth, beating fellow Indonesian teams such as Bigetron Delta (52 points) and EVOS Divine (51 points). However, Team Falcons continued to dominate with 117 points, securing their place in the Grand Finals.

They were present to monitor and provide direct motivation to Adam and his friends, who are the main roster of the Indonesian National Esports Team 2 for the Free Fire category at the 2025 SEA Games.
“Yesterday, the INA 1 team (RRQ Kazu) had already qualified for the Grand Finals of FFWS SEA 2025 Spring. Well, today we want to and observe our INA 2 team. Because in the SEA Games later, we will come as the defending champions, so we are here to see firsthand how the players who are competing in international tournaments are preparing.” said the Head Coach of the Indonesian National Esports Team, Richard Permana.
